Rabble Rouser Scooter Club was established in 2002 in the city of Philadelphia. We are an all-vintage scooter club, formed by three scootersists. Now, with over twenty members, we are the largest fully active club in Philly. Members come from all walks of life- photographers, designers, mechanics, college professors, accountants & biochemists. We meet monthly at different locations throughout the city, host the Revolution Rally, lead Sunday Rides and help organize the Annual Philly Independence Day Rally.
